Happy New Year!
We hope your new year has had a wonderful beginning. At New Horizons House, we’re excited that the new year will bring a number of new things! First, we are nearing the completion of a land purchase that will allow us to construct a new and larger Transitional Home (TH). Our projections indicate that we will be running out of space for girls who are moving from the safe house to the current TH unless we construct a larger facility. We have been negotiating with the owner of a plot of land adjacent to our current TH, and we hope to finalize the purchase in the first quarter of this year and have construction completed before the end of the year to accommodate those who finish their term at the safe house on the main campus of NHH. The TH has proven to be an integral part of the girls’ re-entry into society. If you are able to help in the land and construction costs, we hope you will stop what you’re doing right now and go to our website (newhorizonshouse.org) to make a donation!

Next, we’ve added a number of new board members. Again, we encourage you to visit our website to get acquainted with those who have joined the New Horizons team. With the expansion of our TH, we also anticipate hiring additional staff to be onsite to assist the girls.
We are also thrilled to announce a new venue for our annual Spring Fundraiser. An Evening Under the Mango Trees will be held at the beautiful and historic Highlands Ranch Mansion in Highlands Ranch, CO. You can get a sneak peek of the venue at https://highlandsranchmansion.

We are also confident that this new year will see many new girls freed from sex slavery, abuse, and trafficking, and that’s the best “new thing” of all! None of this is possible without your generous donations. Thank you for your ongoing support. Right now, there are girls whose lives have been filled with only darkness and dead ends, but because of your help, this year will be different. This year they will experience New Horizons in their lives!
From all of us at New Horizons House, thank you!
