Ambassador
In the summer of 2013, Katrina had the opportunity to serve with a local organization in Thailand supporting women and men impacted by sex trafficking in finding alternative opportunities. Since this experience, she has been passionate about eradicating human trafficking and advancing equitable outcomes, particularly for women and girls. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015, Katrina pursued this work first as an elementary educator before transitioning into the mental health field. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from MSU Denver and is now a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working as a counselor, providing mental health support to youth and young adults.
