What has New Horizons House been up to over the last three months? For starters, we have a new logo design along with minor website changes that we hope will help you to navigate through vital information regarding our land purchase, construction plans, and fund raising activities.
Our clothing sale, held during the first week of June, helped us toward our goal of raising $150,000 needed for new construction of the girls’ sixteen room dormitory, kitchen, and laundry facility.
Our President, Jonathan Spencer, was at Allegheny College (Meadville, PA) on April 25, 2015, to participate in their 9th Annual Social Venture Challenge and to raise awareness about the international problem of sex trafficking and the need for aftercare services for girls who have been rescued from this horrific lifestyle.
Both Shiloh Christian Church and New Generation Church have come along side us to help with funding. We so much appreciate their hearts and efforts on behalf of the victims of sex trafficking. We would also love to come and share our story with your church, civic organization, or social group.
Our next upcoming event is the Justice Run on October 4, 2015 at Hudson Gardens. It just so happens to also be Jonathan Spencer’s 58th birthday. Please help him celebrate by signing up to run/walk for New Horizons House. All ages are welcome and children have their very own race.
If you would like to help in other ways, please visit our Opportunities page here.

Jonathan Spencer, President
